SERVICE OFFERED<\/h4>\n

The service offered is a guided tour of monuments and museums following a chosen itinerary, anywhere in the territory of the provinces of Florence and Siena. Our Tour Guides are at your exclusive disposal and no other person will be added to your group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The duration of the half-day tour is a maximum of three hours; a whole-day tour lasts a maximum of six hours.
\nAny additional time must be paid directly to the guide at the rate of \u20ac 70 per hour.
\nIn the case of no-shows, cancellation or program changes communicated with less than 5 days notice, the client is liable to payment of the agreed price in any case.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The guide will wait for the group no longer than an hour and a half, after which the group will be considered a no-show, and payment will be due of the base price of \u20ac 180.<\/p>\n

Our fees do not include museums, churches and monuments tickets. Tickets must be paid directly by the customer on the spot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

SUPPLEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following supplements apply: \u20ac20 for services in Volterra; \u20ac40 for services in Val d’Orcia and Chianti; each additional hour: \u20ac70; each additional language: \u20ac70 (half day) \/ \u20ac140 (full day)<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESERVING A GUIDE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reservation of a guide is considered binding only after the Guide has confirmed the reservation to the client via e-mail.
\nUpon request, the Authorized Guides may lead guided tours of the most important exhibitions in the cities where they are licensed to work (i.e., in the provinces of Siena and Florence).
\nSpecialized, individualized tours of art and historical sites or wine and foods may be arranged directly with the guidea<\/p>\n
